Richard Leibman

In 1977, after immigrating to the United States from South Africa, Richard Leibman purchased FROSCH from the FROSCH family in Houston, Texas. At that time, FROSCH employed six people. Under his leadership, the company has grown to support a staff of approximately 500 with offices in 14 US cities as well as an office in London. In addition, FROSCH is now recognized as not only a leader in the travel industry, but also for its successful and innovative rewards and incentives solutions. Richard is now joined by two of his three children who are also in the business. His son, Bryan, a physician who decided to join the business 9 years ago, is the President of FROSCH; his daughter, Lara, is based in New York and oversees all legal and communications matters for the company.
Richard serves on several Advisory Boards and is an active member in the Jewish community in Houston, having served as a Board member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston, the Jewish Family Service, Seven Acres Senior Home, AIPAC, and Beth Yeshurun Synagogue.

Bryan Leibman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in 1990 and a Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine in 1995. In 1977, Richard Leibman, Bryan's father and current Chairman of FROSCH, acquired sole ownership of the company. In 1998, Bryan joined his father, and he now serves as President of FROSCH. Under Bryan's leadership, FROSCH has expanded by an average of 30% per year, both through internal growths, as well as through strategic acquisitions. FROSCH maintains offices in thirteen cities nationwide and also has an office in London, England. Today, FROSCH is the premier source of integrated business solutions.

Lara Leibman is Executive Vice President of FROSCH. She works alongside her father, Richard Leibman, Chairman of FROSCH, and Bryan Leibman, President & CEO of FROSCH. She grew up in the business as her family acquired FROSCH in 1977. Before joining FROSCH, Lara was a corporate attorney with several corporations such as Enron, Dynegy, and Cablevision. In addition to serving as Executive Vice President of FROSCH, Lara serves on the Advisory Boards of Orient Express Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Sofitel Luxury Hotels, Fairmont Hotels, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and Abercrombie & Kent. Lara earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1995. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

Paul Pua Chief Financial Officer
Paul has been with FROSCH for 6 years. He joined FROSCH in 2001 as a financial analyst. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Santo Tomas and then went on to complete his MBA from Rice University.
Paul has been with FROSCH for 6 years. He joined FROSCH in 2001 as a financial analyst. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Santo Tomas and then went on to complete his MBA from Rice University. Prior to that, he spent 3 years as the Director of Rehab Service and spent 6 years as a clinician.

Melanie has been part of the FROSCH family for approximately 5 years.
Melanie takes a consultative approach when selling incentive programs to companies. "We guide companies through the process of incorporating incentives into their total business strategy. I am a big believer in incentive programs. Whether a company wants to increase sales, customer loyalty, or employee retention -- whatever a company is struggling with -- it almost always can be solved with the right incentive program," said Melanie.
Melanie has held roles in all facets of incentive program design, implementation and on-going management of loyalty, dealer and sales programs. During her tenure she has managed, and continues to manage, several high-profile accounts.
Melanie is also a member of the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA).
