We Think of Everything for You

Once you select the gifts, we will ship them directly to the hotel on the day you specify. We will work closely with the hotel staff to make sure that the gifts are placed and presented in the attendees' rooms exactly as you requested.

We understand that portability can be an issue for attendees. Getting the gift(s) home should not be problematic for an attendee. Weight, design, fragility and transportability all have to be considered. We will see to it that every attendee receives a suitable container to transport the gift(s) home. If an attendee is unable to personally transport the gift, we will ensure that the hotel properly arranges for shipment.

Also, consider leaving a card in the attendee's room with a picture and description of the gift, advising that shipment will be arranged. Our graphics designer will customize the card, and we will work directly with the hotel to place the card in an attendee's room and drop-ship the gift(s) to the attendee's home.
