Participants have a "Ship To Multiple Addresses" option allowing participants to place multiple orders with just one trip through the checkout process

Administration Functions

In order for the Company Program Administrator to manage and view the progress of a program, Incentel Lite provides the administrator with the following tools:

Award View - allows you to see what items are in your program catalog at all times
Dashboard - shows you all the transactions that have taken place in the last 24-hours
Standard Reporting - a downloadable report that includes participant information, total points deposited, total points withdrawn and point balance
Participant Account Management tools - manually add/remove points, add comments, edit participant profile, delete participants
Participant Account History - includes the entire transaction history related to participant account
