Incentel Max is for those who need more features and functionality than what our introductory level offers but don't need a completely customized solution.

Incentel Max includes everything Incentel Lite features plus the following capabilities:

A participant self-registration page
Supports Promotions: instants prizes, etc.
One (1) program announcement HTML email - includes design time
Upon deposit of points, e-mail message is automatically generated to participants

Company Administration Functions

Content Edit Function- company administrators are able to edit content on the Home page, Earn Points page, FAQ page, Terms and Conditions Page and Privacy Policy page.
Approve/Disapprove Orders- upon submission of award orders, designated approvers can approve or disapprove an order before it's processed
Supports custom reporting printable and exportable to Microsoft Excel - available to those granted permission rights to view reports
At-a-Glance Login Activities - shows who has logged in to the program the last 72 hours
Allows the Company Administrator to upload participants points using a Microsoft Excel Worksheet
Capability to group participants by region, territory, etc.
Special Request Function - those granted permission rights can request special considerations. Example: a sales manager would like to give 10 extra points to his biggest customer in order for him to get the camera he wants. This special request would go to the designated approver to accept or deny the extra points.
